Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the billing section of your account. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription is not renewed after that.

First 14 days: full refund

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, write to us and we will refund that payment in full. You do not have to give a reason.

After 14 days

We do not refund the unused part of a period that has already started, because access remains available to you until it ends. The next renewal simply does not happen.

If the service fails

If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, tell us and we will refund that period, whether or not the 14 days have passed. We would rather return money than charge for something that did not work.

How to ask

Write to contact@stemply.online from the email address on the account. We answer within two working days. Refunds are returned by Creem to the payment method used, and usually take 5 to 10 working days to appear.
